Placement into ENGL 111 English Composition I with ENGL 070 English Composition I Workshop, or higher. This course will focus on the practical application of moral theory, which may be especially helpful for non-majors and those interested in the study of ethics. The course will explore ethical questions around issues such as (including but not limited to) abortion, capital punishment, environmental issues, euthanasia, governance, social media, terrorism, warfare, and wealth distribution.
