LEGL 126 - WILLS TRUSTS AND ESTATE ADMN
Prerequisite: Role of the Paralegal LEGL-101. This prerequisite is for AAS students only; no prerequisite for Certificate students. This course is a survey of basic wills, trusts and probate practice. Students will become familiar with the various methods of testamentary distribution and the format of probate administration.
